Initial Examination

$175 · 60 minutes

Required for new chiropractic patients. A detailed history, orthopedic and movement assessment, an explanation of what is contributing to the problem, and an individualized plan — with a 30-minute treatment included in the same visit.

Required before any other visit. You leave with a plan you understand and a treatment already done, not just an appointment for one later.

Adjustments, Sized to the Visit

Chiropractic Care

A chiropractic adjustment restores motion to joints that have lost it, easing the compensation that built up around the restriction and giving the nervous system clearer information about where the body actually is. It works best paired with the soft-tissue and rehabilitation work that keeps the new range of motion from disappearing on the drive home — which is why every chiropractic visit at Chiro Cafe includes both, sized to how much ground needs covering.

Dr. Cam works as a sports chiropractor as much as a general one: his master's is in sport health science, with a concentration in sports injury management and injury prevention. Range-of-motion testing before and after an adjustment is how a session stays honest about whether anything actually moved.

  • 30-Minute Tune-Up — $125Focused work on one or two primary regions. Best for staying ahead of a familiar pattern rather than working through something new.
  • 60-Minute Full-Body — $200Comprehensive care across three or four regions, for more complex concerns that involve more than one part of the body.
  • 90-Minute Extended Session — $250Full-body care with extra recovery time. Built for athletes, for the weeks around a competition, or for anyone who wants a deep reset.

Hands-On Work

Soft-Tissue Treatment

Included in every visit

Adhesions, scar tissue, and over-toned muscle limit how well a joint can move even after an adjustment restores it. Soft-tissue therapy addresses that directly, drawing on Active Release Techniques, myofascial work, cupping, instrument-assisted mobilization, kinesiology taping, and hot stones — chosen based on what the movement assessment finds rather than applied by default. Hands-on work opens a window; what you do with it next is the rest of the job.

Building It Back

Rehabilitation and Movement Programming

Included in every visit

Treatment on the table has to be matched by work off it, or the same pattern comes right back. Rehabilitation and movement programming is where that happens: a movement assessment identifies which regions are sharing the load unevenly, and corrective exercise rebuilds the strength and control to share it better. For athletes coming back from a strain, sprain, or overuse injury, that same process doubles as sports injury rehabilitation — return-to-activity work built around what your sport or training actually asks of your body, not a generic timeline.

Working as a CrossFit chiropractor inside a working gym shapes this. Rehabilitation here is not a sheet of exercises handed over at the door — it is loading the position you just gained, using the equipment already around you, so the change survives contact with your actual training.

This is chiropractic rehabilitation in the fullest sense: the adjustment and soft-tissue work create the opportunity, and a small, specific home program is what makes it stick.

Self-guided, no visit needed

Balls to the Wall is Chiro Cafe's self-guided program for people who want the movement and self-care tools without a clinic visit — practical routines you can run with nothing more than a lacrosse ball and a wall.

Most of it addresses desk-worker neck and back pain directly: the shoulder that stops rotating, the hip that stops extending, and the neck that ends up paying for both.
